The opportunity
As a Hardware Process Technician within our FEOL Process R&D Team, you will be an integral part of our Austin R&D facility. Our team is dedicated to developing wafer-level processes essential for eyepiece fabrication in augmented reality displays. This role focuses on front-end-of-line (FEOL) activities, particularly nano patterning and pattern transfer processes. You will have the opportunity to engage with multiple processes that drive cutting-edge R&D prototype projects using both internal Magic Leap and external vendor tooling. Additionally, you will contribute to developing methods and processes for transferring these innovations to Magic Leap's eyepiece manufacturing line.
Location : This position requires being fully on-site at our Austin, TX facility, to ensure seamless collaboration and hands-on support for daily operations.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. In addition to salary, Magic Leap offers a discretionary bonus and a fully comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
