Pay : $18 - $22 / hr (Based on Experience & Qualifications)

What Youll Do :

• Manage Enrollment Process : Information Call, Schedule and conduct tours.
• Handle inquiries and follow-ups, waitlists and paperwork.
• Develop and maintain positive customer care and communication with families.
• Help in general administrative work as needed.
• Screen job applicants and coordinate interviews.
• Increase enrollment by consistently converting prospective families into enrolled students.
• Maintain a strong presence in the community by coordinating outreach efforts, attending local events, and managing partnerships that generate new inquiries.
• Support marketing initiatives by managing the schools social media, website updates, and promotional campaigns to drive inquiries.
• Clearly and persuasively communicate in both verbal and written form.

• Lead Teacher qualified (Colorado ECT Certification required).
• Preferred : Prior Primorose Experience.
• Preferred : 2+ years previous Sales and Customer care experience.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, follow-ups, and events.
• Present a polished, approachable, and confident demeanor in all interactions.
• Adjust quickly to changing family needs, priorities, or school operations.
