Summary Statement : The Information Systems Manager (ISM) is responsible for maintaining network security and the smooth operation of all VG technology systems in coordination with VG’s MSP. This position manages all systems & devices attached to VG’s network not managed by our MSP and, and is a key resource for technology decisions and projects at VisionGift. This oversees our Information and Facilities Assistant and collaboratively ensures ensures facilities are in good repair and maintained.

This is a hybrid role in which the ISM will be required to work primarily (80% on-site / 20% remote) in the Portland office with minimal travel to Boston.

Education : A Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of work experience and education may be substituted for a degree.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills

• Experience with M365 user and mailbox administration, licensing, auditing, and managing net worked devices is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure administration is required.
• Experience troubleshooting and solving technical issues is required.
• Knowledge of network security, including web interfaces & mobile devices.
• Experience managing help desk tickets, preferably within Jira and Confluence
• SharePoint online administration
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with technical writing ability preferred.
• Experience with agile product development is preferred.
