Join BILL as a Supervisor Bank Implementation and play a pivotal role in leading the technical onboarding and integration of banking solutions for new this client-facing leadership position you will oversee end-to-end implementation projects ensuring seamless onboarding troubleshooting integration issues and driving continuous process improvement. Youll leverage your expertise in bank implementation project management and stakeholder communication to deliver successful outcomes and support BILLs rapid growth. Ideal candidates bring at least two years of relevant experience strong technical acumen and a passion for building collaborative relationships in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage bank implementation projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on banking integrations troubleshooting sync errors and optimizing workflows.
• Develop and execute clear project plans with minimal guidance balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to team initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences ensuring clarity and buy-in across teams.
• Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes : medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$112500 $135000 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. Additionally this role is eligible to participate in BILLs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
