We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Call Center Agent to join our high-performing real estate team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers—building rapport, identifying needs, and scheduling appointments for our top-producing agents. Compensation : 18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities
- Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities
- Achieving productivity, appointment setting,g and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
- Receive and respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and enthusiasm.
- Coordinate and schedule real estate buying and selling consultations, ensuring seamless handoffs to field agents.
- Use Lofty CRM to manage and track all lead activity, follow-up tasks, conversation history, and pipeline progress through the sales cycle.
- Qualify leads by identifying client motivation, timing, competition, and financial details, then relay to the appropriate agent.
- Follow and internalize team-provided scripts to communicate our value proposition and handle objections effectively.
- Track and report sales and productivity metrics to leadership.
- Support the administrative team with timely and personalized follow-up communication.
- Maintain a high level of service and ensure every client has a positive experience from first contact onward.
- Participate in regular coaching, team meetings, and training sessions to improve performance and stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications :
Performance Benchmarks
After 2 weeks of independent calling :
- Minimum of 1 appointment set per 3 hours of calling.
- 13+ appointments per week for full-time employees.
- At least 75% of appointments must be confirmed and assigned to an agent.

- Comfortable using or learning CRMs and real estate lead platforms (e.g., Lofty).
- A team player who thrives in a tight-knit, high-impact environment.
- Eager to grow, take feedback, and participate in ongoing training and development.
Working Conditions
- In-Person position.
- Must be seated for most of the shift.
- One 30-minute meal break for shifts of 6+ hours.
- Additional breaks are determined by the supervisor based on shift length.
- Shifts may vary seasonally or based on call volume.
Attendance & Conduct Expectations
- Must be clocked in and ready to make calls at the start of each shift.
- Notify the supervisor promptly if late or unable to work.
- Submit time-off requests at least two weeks in advance for consideration.
Dress Code
- Neat, clean, and professional attire required.
- No flip-flops, hats, athletic wear, sweatpants, or revealing clothing.
- Jeans are permitted if clean and not distressed.
- Well-groomed appearance expected.
