- Perform mail merge tasks using Microsoft Office tools to streamline communication processes.
- Verify the accuracy of records and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines during high-demand periods.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accessibility and proper documentation.
- Handle numeric and alphanumeric data entry efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including typing and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and confidentiality standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on data entry progress to supervisors.
- Proven experience in data entry with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
