Overview The Senior Director of Creative Services leads Gardner White’s in-house content studio, delivering branded visual storytelling across email, ecommerce, internal branding, digital signage, and other owned channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Communications, this role ensures alignment with agency partners and store visual teams, shaping how Gardner White presents its products and brand. This leader drives production excellence and leverages marketing technology to enhance creative development and product storytelling.

Responsibilities Owned-Channel Content Production Produce branded content across email, ecommerce, digital signage stores, and internal communications
Partner with VPs of Marketing Communications and Ecommerce to ensure assets align with media and digital experience goals
Oversee creative execution for promotional and seasonal moments
Creative Studio & Production Leadership Operationalize all design, copywriting, photography, and video production
Direct multiple creative workflows simultaneously to support fast-paced retail timelines
Manage project prioritization, creative reviews, and timely delivery of assets
Oversee staffing and workload for both in-house and contract creative resources
DAM Ownership & Asset Governance Own and evolve the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform
Implement asset taxonomy, tagging, access control, and publishing protocols
Ensure a single source of truth for creative content used across marketing, ecommerce, and internal functions
Support brand consistency through easy access to approved visuals and templates
Internal Brand Communication Deliver creative assets for internal campaigns including HR, CEO Office, recruiting, and employee experience
Maintain visual branding for internal decks, signage, executive communications, and more
Qualifications 10+ years of creative leadership experience in an in-house studio or agency environment
Experience managing multi-disciplinary creative teams in design, photography, video, and editorial
Expertise in implementing and managing DAM systems and content workflows
Disciplined thinker with the ability to balance rapid production timelines with foundational setting
Executive presence and experience a plus
Requirements Supervisory Responsibilities : This position has supervisory responsibilities including Creative Ops Coordinator, Omni Designers (2), Digital Interior Designer, Copywriter (fractional), Photographers and the Re-toucher.
Work Environment : This role operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands : The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Travel : This role will require travel as needed.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position working general business hours but may be required to adjust the schedule to support the needs of the business.
