Job Overview

A private practice in Thousand Oaks, California is searching for BE / BC Emergency Medicine Physician with an Ultrasound Fellowship / training to join their friendly staff. This position is for US Director core Faculty for an active emergency medicine program with 12 current residents and expanding to 18 next year. BC / BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM / ABOEM). Must be able to demonstrate active practice in an ED reflective of the privileges requested, successful completion of a hospital-affiliated accredited residency, special clinical fellowship, or research within the past twelve (12) months. $280.00 per hour u2013 Day Rate $290.00 per hour u2013 Night Rate $25.00 per hour - Additional Overnight Compensation if Provider works 5 shifts or more overnight shifts. Additional overnight rate applies to ALL overnight shifts within the month, once they hit the 5th overnight shift. ($315.00 / hr)

• NOT APPLICABLE TO THE NIGHT SHIFT $15.00 per hour u2013 Production Premium Pay if Provider is one of the top three (3) Physicians based on metrics, etc. Scribes are optional : LESS $15.00 per hour
