Electrical Assessor / Trainer Needed!

Cummings Electrical is looking at expanding our Training / Assessor Department and we are looking to add an additional Licensed Electrician to the team.  This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on, results-oriented, licensed electrician to provide evaluations and efficient training, to industry new hires and help them excel within Cummings Electrical.

Responsibilities

Electrical Assessor

• Works efficiently and effectively to assist in the success of meeting ever-changing company workforce demands.
• Assesses electrical candidates on a range of technical skills that are necessary to perform tasks safely and efficiently in the field.
• Determines employability and document-appropriate recommendations when addressing specific training needs.
• Provides mentoring, advice, and guidance to help recruit perspective candidates and advocate for existing employees.
• Has excellent knowledge of current occupational standards in the relevant area of work.

Education / Experience

Must have a positive "can do" attitude, a passion for passing on knowledge, and relentlessly support improvement for the company.

Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States and would need to be able to work in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.  Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
