As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll provide exceptional service in a clean, safe environment, ensuring Guests have unforgettable experiences. Whether greeting, serving, or maintaining the atmosphere, you’ll help create the memorable moments that keep Guests coming back.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment
• Engage and educate Guests about SMG
• Greet each Guest, understand their needs, process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, provide correct change, and thank them for their business
• Safeguard all cash, receipts, and tickets to maintain security
• Enforce movie rating guidelines courteously and professionally
• Distribute and verify the proper functioning of 3D glasses, ensuring Guests understand how to use them, if applicable
• Adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for both staff and Guests
• Take on additional duties and opportunities as assigned by management
