About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and experienced Head of Investor Relations and Treasury to join their team during a transformative period. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the company's capital structure, managing financial risk, and shaping the company's narrative to the investment community. This critical role involves maintaining financial flexibility, ensuring transparency with stakeholders, and supporting enterprise-wide financial strategy. The Head of Investor Relations and Treasury will also be accountable for strategic financial leadership, leading cross-functional initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.

Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, with a preference for those in the media, entertainment, or publicly traded company sectors. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred. The role demands a proven track record in managing investor communications, earnings calls, and relationships with analysts and institutional investors, as well as experience in SEC reporting and public company governance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional executive presence, and the ability to lead through complexity and change. They should also be a collaborative leader who can inspire and develop high-performing teams, and who fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
