Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Model Leader to join our Systems Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the integration and optimization of turbogenerator systems managing complex partner relationships and ensuring the best balance of customer value across multiple parameters. This role requires a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and the ability to thrive in uncertain environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the integration and optimization of turbogenerator systems ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Manage complex partner relationships fostering collaboration and aligning objectives across diverse stakeholders.
• Balance customer value by optimizing weight product cost and durability of turbogenerator systems.
• Provide the balanced system solution given input across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with turbogenerator development and integration.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in turbogenerator systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders at various levels.

The base pay range for this position is 142100.00 - 189500.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the posting is expected to close on 12 / 13 / 2025.
