About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead operational oversight and project execution across our portfolio of out-of-state multifamily properties. Based out of our Brooklyn office, this role involves frequent travel to various sites to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in property management operations and project coordination, with hands-on experience overseeing renovations, sourcing vendors, and managing timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage construction and repair projects, including unit remodels, roofing, fencing, and general property upgrades
- Source, vet, and hire vendors / contractors for property improvement projects
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards from start to finish
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress, contractor performance, and compliance
- Prepare properties for inspections, audits, and bank visits by verifying repairs and overall readiness
- Work independently and ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Maintain strong documentation and communication across all projects
Requirements :
