What You'll Do

Epic Games is searching for an experienced Brand Strategy Director to define and evolve how Fortnite and our broader ecosystem show up in the world. You’ll lead the creation of brand positioning, platforms, and narratives that inspire global audiences, working closely with agencies and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution. From assessing brand perception to activating campaigns and measuring performance, you’ll drive a multi-year strategy that connects millions of players to our growing universe of products and experiences.

In this role, you will

• Drive brand strategy initiatives, including brand positioning, platform development, and market differentiation, to support Epic’s long-term brand vision
• Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies and marketing campaigns that strengthen brand perception and engagement
• Partner with internal cross-functional partners in product, marketing, and insights to align brand vision with our player needs
• Develop and manage a multi-year brand strategy that anticipates market trends and sustains our brand's leadership and relevance
• Work closely with external agencies to develop and execute a compelling and coherent brand narrative
• Evaluate and optimize brand performance through measurement and analytics to drive growth
• Serve as a strategic leader and connector across functions, bringing teams together towards a shared brand vision and executing complex brand initiatives
