Responsibilities

• Process and manage auto and home insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Complete 10+ insurance quotes per day and actively follow up on unsold prospects.
• Make 150+ outbound calls daily with a minimum of 3.5 hours of talk time.
• Take warm, live transfer leads and convert them into sales.
• Proactively generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Build strong relationships with mortgage brokers, realtors, and car dealerships to drive lead flow.
