We are looking for someone with digital marketing expertise in the semiconductor industry, who has experience collaborating across functions in a global environment, and interpersonal skills.
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in enhancing Diodes Incorporated’s digital presence, e-marketing, and technology integration. This position is responsible for a range of tasks, including development work on diodes.com, email design, delivery, and management, marketing automation, SEM, and leading key website data & technology projects. A strategic partner to various business units, the role will leverage online tools and technologies to support Diodes’ growth and efficiency goals.
Duties and Main Responsibilities :
- Drive digital technology including diodes.com platform, infrastructure and marketing automation platform
- Prioritize technology roadmap
- Continuously improve new applications and user experience to help customers with self-help
- Partner with brand and content marketing to ensure alignment with branding, experience, and content via website and e-marketing platform
- SEO, PPC, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Plan, execute, and monitor all organic and paid media campaigns across relevant platforms
- Manage and work closely with our web development team to maintain and develop applications and new functionality on diodes.com
- Drive analytics for the website and broader digital marketing platform. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights
- Demand Gen : Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage stakeholders
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies leveraged in the semiconductor industry
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as digital agencies or freelancers, as needed
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with relevant data protection regulations
Education and Experience Requirements :
Understanding semiconductor marketingDrive strategy for marketing technology5+ years digital experience in semiconductor industryKnowledge of HTML, CSS, cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility & functionalityIn depth understanding of SEO and PPC methodologiesExperience with website accessibility, and online privacy directive including CCPA and GDPRData-driven, analytical with problem solving skillsetsBS degree in marketing, digital communications (electrical engineering, computer science, preferred).
