Responsibilities

Participate in the full report generation process; analysis, definition of requirements, development, documentation, testing, deployment and support.

• Perform technical, application support to all locations in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and prepare reports to support VCC clinical and provider units utilizing available analytics and data mining tools, including but not limited to : NextGen Healthcare, Microsoft Applications and Crystal Reports, system-specific reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or other related reporting software.
• Work to develop and understand data requirements and report specifications
• Prepare statistical reports, narrative reports, or graphic presentations of data to provide useful information and commentary for internal purposes, reporting and external stakeholders as requested
• Develop analytics related to the health plan data
