As the LPN Visit Nurse, you will provide quality care to our home health patients, working closely with the RN Case Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to :

Performing routine nursing visits

Providing wound care we take great pride in being a preferred provider for several local wound care clinics

Providing catheter care

Excellent communication skills with clients, families, doctors, facility staff, and co-workers is a must to be successful in this role

Ability to work independently

Good organization and time management skills are also critical

Love working with the geriatric population

Experience Requirements :

One year of clinical experience preferred.

License Requirements :

Current Wisconsin LPN licensure

Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle

Position Details :

Location : Brown, Winnebago, and Calumet Counties

Schedule : Full-Time, 1st shift Monday-Friday. Minimal on-call required.

Compensation : $25-$30 / hour based on experience.
