Gorilla Commerce is seeking a strategic, analytical, and curious finance professional to join our team as a FP&A Manager . In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers — you’ll shape business strategy, partner with teams across the company, and provide insights that help us grow smarter and faster.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be a Strategic Partner

Deliver clear, actionable insights that influence company-wide decisions

Own and enhance financial reporting with tools like NetSuite and Power BI

Maintain and evolve product pricing reports, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals

Be a Key Player at Month-End

Analyze financial performance and deliver ad hoc insights that support finance, accounting, and ops teams

Develop models and reports that track progress against forecasts and budgets

Dig into expense variances, prepare summaries for department leaders, and help drive accountability

Craft compelling monthly commentary (MD&A) for the Board of Directors that tells the story behind the numbers

Be a Leader in Planning and Forecasting

Drive annual planning and quarterly forecasting across fixed, variable, and capital expenses

Partner with department heads to develop smart, strategic budgets that support our long-term goals

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of finance experience (e-commerce or CPG experience is a strong plus)

Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets and reporting tools (NetSuite, Power BI, Toolio, etc.)

A curious mindset with a passion for solving problems and uncovering opportunities

Exceptional attention to detail — because the little things matter

Strong communicator who can simplify the complex and influence with data

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Self-starter with excellent time management and project coordination skills

This position is based in Westport, CT and requires 2 - 3 days per week in the office
