As a Float Pool RN, you'll provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Desired Qualifications :

Completion of an accredited Nursing program. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills :

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members. Critical thinking abilities and the initiative to contribute to team success. Demonstrated capacity for time management and multi-tasking.
