We're seeking a seasoned Lead Inside Sales Agent to convert 1,000+ monthly leads (Zillow Flex, VIP, etc.) into appointments. You'll leverage calls, texts, email, and AI follow-up systems to grow database sales. Strong performers have leadership advancement opportunities as we continue scaling our high-performance multi-city real estate team.

Compensation : $90,000+ at plan

Responsibilities :

• Manage and nurture a growing database of buyer and seller prospects to maximize long-term conversion opportunities.
• Proactively engage and convert leads through phone, text, email, and AI-driven follow-up systems to generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with team leaders and agents to provide timely updates and ensure smooth client handoffs.
• Mentor and support junior inside sales agents as the team grows, with potential to move into a leadership role.
