Job Title : Chief Engineer

Location : Everhome Suites Glendale Arizona

Job Type : Full Time

Pay : $21-23 / hour

As the Chief Engineer with Superhost Hospitality at Everhome Suites Glendale Arizona, you will be the driving force behind the maintenance and functionality of our facilities. Your responsibilities include :

  • Overseeing and managing hotel maintenance.
  • Conducting routine inspections and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.
  • Collaborating with other departments to support the overall operation of the hotel.
  • Upholding a high standard of safety and environmental compliance.

What We're Looking For :

We are seeking an individual with the following attributes :

  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance and engineering team.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of engineering principles and maintenance tasks.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and address complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Team Player : Capacity to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a maintenance technician role is required.
  • Hotel experience is preferred.
  • Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
