Disaster Restoration Project Manager

Full Time Disaster Restoration Project Manager - PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT AN IT POSITION.

We are a fast-paced family owned Disaster Restoration Company, looking for a few experienced, organized people to be part of our Production Leadership Team. You must excel at communication, customer service and project management. Experience in the restoration industry is required. If you have been an insurance adjuster, we encourage you to apply!

Our team works very hard to provide quality and state of the art solutions to commercial and residential properties needing emergency clean up and restoration after fire, water, mold, or sewage damage. Our customers are always happy when we arrive and we strive to perform high quality services with best in service communication!

This job requires beginning to end management of jobs including :

• Written and verbal scope of work, sketch, 3-D imaging & photos
• Bidding and pricing negotiations
• Project timeline & moisture mapping
• Supervision of crews at customer sites
• Review of all crew chief paperwork
• Customer and team daily progress reports
• Daily project and safety meetings
• Final walk through and inspection
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors
• Review of invoice completed by IPC Team
• Presentation of invoice to customer
• Payment commitment and follow up

You need to have a "No Problem", get it done attitude with the ability to manage multiple crews to meet all established deadlines. We want team members who can lead our group and also keep all company departments apprised of project status. This job includes being part of the On-Call Rotation.

Regular Hours : Monday – Friday 7 : 00 – 4 : 00

Work Location : Norwood, MA

Salary Range : $70,000 or more not including On-Call Pay, based on experience
