Position Overview

The Revenue Analyst is a key member of the financial operations teams at Mycronic- PCBA Division. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely application of customer payments, discrepancy resolution, invoicing, and credit card processing / tracking throughout the quote to cash process. This role ensures that payments are properly recorded, reconciled, and disputes are resolved in a high transactional environment. The Revenue Analyst expertly leverages technology to support financial operations, and requires a background in high-transaction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the cash application processes by accurately recording all incoming customer payments (checks, electronic transfers, credit cards) into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (M3)
• Prepares invoices in the ERP for customers in a timely manner, and ensures correct delivery through email and 3rd party portals
• Utilizes online banking website to issue credit card links to customers for payment, and notifies ordering department when payment is received
• Handles account reconciliation by matching payments with invoices, reconciling customer accounts, and balancing cash receipts against bank statements to ensure accuracy
• Investigates and resolves payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and customer inquiries by collaborating with internal departments and customers
• Monitors customer accounts for overdue payments, and initiates collection activities including making phone calls and sending electronic communications
• Generates regular reports on cash application activities, accounts receivable aging, credit holds and other accounts receivable activities
• Ensures adherence to financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls within the quote to cash process
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy within the financial workflow
• Completes other duties as assigned

Standard office environment. Significant computer work should be expected.
