A Family Practice - With OB Physician position is available in Southwest Missouri, where the physician will work alongside an experienced OB / GYN and another Family Practice physician. FPOB Opportunity in Southwest Missouri - Near Springfield and Lake of Ozarks
FPOB will work alongside an outstanding OB / GYN, as well as, another FPOB who is joining the team in Nov 2024
Current call is 10 days / month, goal is 1 : 5 or less with new FPOBs added to the team - no OB call or ER call as there is a hospitalist program
No NICU or High Risk OB
No robotics
Great sonographer on team!
Clinic is located in the hospital, so easy access
OB nurses have over 19 years of tenure
C-section rate is below national average and no Vbacs
High demand for OB, so won't take long to build a practice - exams currently booked several months currently - if someone wants to come in and build a practice, it's available! Fair majority of practice will be on clinic side
Small community feel at the clinic / hospital, great group to work with
Full Quest lab, procedure rooms on both sides of clinic, 24 exam rooms
FPOB will have individual office with great view and 3 patient rooms
New FPOB will see 20 patients / day & 40-60 deliveries / year
Financials :
Base salary $300K + $55K sign on bonus
Relocation Allowance
CME allowance
4 weeks of PTO, 1 week for CMEs and 6 holidays
