Job Description
Lead On-Site Operations : Manage all aspects of healthcare and institutional construction projects from start to finish.
Team Coordination : Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Schedule & Budget Management : Maintain project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing delays or cost overruns.
Quality Assurance : Enforce strict adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and healthcare facility safety protocols.
Client & Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and project managers, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
Problem-Solving : Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant
Experience : Minimum 5+ years as a Superintendent in healthcare, higher education, or institutional construction.
Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of healthcare building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple subcontractors effectively.
Project Management : Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control for complex, mission-critical projects.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
Certifications : OSHA 30 preferred; additional healthcare-specific certifications a plus.
Technology : Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools.
What's on Offer
Base Salary ($115,000 to $130,000 annually), Project completion bonus, Health insurance, PTO, Truck allowance.
