What You'll Do :

Perform screening of personnel, packages, and / or vehicles entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain compliance with site-specific protocols.

Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and delivery personnel with inquiries and directing them according to established procedures.

Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the location guidelines.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as necessary to the appropriate contacts.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter potential threats and observe for any irregularities.

Document and report any security-related incidents, suspicious activity, or policy violations according to established protocols.

Participate in emergency response activities and drills as required by the location and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Lifting up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
