About the Role :
As an Assistant Manager I in the Retail Trade industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and success of the store. Your main objective will be to assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
