Primary Responsibilities :
- Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Clinical Supervisors
- Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment
- Participate in regular training and supervision sessions
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working with children, especially those with special needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation for travel to clients' homesSupervision and Support :
Regular in-person supervision and direction sessions with Clinical SupervisorAccess to Clinical Supervisor support outside of scheduled direction sessionsAccess to peer collaboration with other community-based providersAccess to resources needed for providing in-home and community-based servicesWorking Conditions :
Flexible, part-time scheduling optionsWe provide each home and community-based Technician with a supply kit to ensure they have everything they need in the home and community (health and safety supplies, sanitation supplies, stimuli and materials, and preferred items for clients)Home and Community Screening Process :
