Description & Details : The purpose of the position is to supervise, plan, coordinate and direct the custodial duties required to maintain an environment that is clean and sanitary, to campus facilities. The supervisor trains custodians on established methods and procedures to achieve departmental standards, with a common goal of providing the most optimal results with the resources that are available. The supervisor reports to and works together with the Coordinator, Building Services- Custodial in facilitating building readiness within a specific area assignment. Work Schedule : Monday through Friday 4 : 00 am - 12 : 30 pm
Hiring Range : $44,000 - $47,000 / year DOE
Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and / or certification and other business considerations.

Core Competencies :
Must possess considerable knowledge of custodial products, equipment, processes, procedures and methods involved in overall cleaning and maintenance of buildings; good organizational skills to include identification of priority; good interpersonal, oral and written skills with the ability to work in a team environment with staff and general public; familiarity with the basic operation of a computer to include document and electronic mail creation as well as other associated programs; satisfactorily demonstates how they meet these minimum qualifications.
