Job Description

The main function of the host / hostess is to facilitate the prompt and accurate seating and service of all guests; in addition, the host / hostess may be required to help the Servers in assuring quality customer service as well. The host / hostess is expected to seat the guests following a rotation of stations, issue menus, (re) stock, clean menus, roll silverware and other side work.
