Technical Product Manager

Location :

• Austin , TX Job Type : Full-Time RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Manage the development and certification of wireless products, including   coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain close relationships with carriers / operators., ensuring that all carrier   certification requirements are met, and that products are approved in a timely   manners.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of carriers’ requirements and a process,   and use this knowledge to drive product development and certification.
• Maintain effective communication both internally and externally, including with   product development teams, management, and clients.
• Manage client escalations, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build strong relationships with 3 rd party partners to ensure compliance with all   relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality      products and delivered on time and on budget.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

SPECIFICATIONS :

Knowledge of wireless   carrier certification processes and requirements, including FCC, PTCRB, GCF, and   carrier-specific certifications will be a plus.
