Job Summary and Responsibilities

At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center, we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health, social and support services in the heart of Chandler, Arizona. As part of our team,you will provide clinical expertise;support and oversight that helps ensure our Therapy patients receive exceptional care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to champion the change by joining in our mission of healing through humankindness.   We are searching for the perfect SPEECH PATHOLOGIST who is passionate about the health and well- being of our patients to provides patient care including evaluating patient for treatment, developing plan of care, establishing goals, and assessing progress toward the attainment of goals, consult with other health care disciplines to co-ordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patient and instructs patients and care givers in home programs for exercises and functional activities. The REHAB DEPARTMENT at DignityHealth Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career.

Job Requirements

Minimum :

• Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech / Language Pathology program or related field required.
• Computer skills required.
• AZ license in professional area.
• American Heart Association BLS.
