As a Digital Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate digital marketing projects with a focus on content, website updates, and SEO enhancements. You will work cross-functionally to ensure timelines, deliverables, and communications are effectively managed. The role requires working knowledge of Local and Organic SEO to support prioritization and collaboration with SEO specialists and tools such as Search Atlas. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with project management platforms, and capable of translating performance data into actionable insights that drive marketing success.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 8 AM 6 PM CT, MondayThursday.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, coordinate, and manage digital marketing projects with a focus on content, web updates, and SEO enhancements.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder communications using ClickUp.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize Local and Organic SEO improvements guided by specialists or tools like Search Atlas.
• Monitor performance dashboards (Search Atlas, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and provide clear summaries to stakeholders.
• Work with marketing and content teams to align on campaign goals, timelines, and metrics.
• Assist with lifecycle campaign logistics, including task creation, basic performance checks, and light reporting.
• Translate performance data into action plans and briefings for broader marketing efforts.
