job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMinimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted Patient population : Adults to Geriatrics Patient ratio : 1 : 5-6 BLS certification required EPIC experience is a HARD STOP requirement - candidates without EPIC will be redirected Work with unit systems including EPIC, Pyxis, and SBAR Navy blue scrubs required Handle all potential Med / Surg and Med / Surg Telemetry diagnoses Float required to all MS and MS / Tele units within the hospital Possible floating to sister campus (Piedmont Augusta Summerville) approximately 3 miles away Every other weekend requirement (average 6 weekends in a 13-week contract) Maximum 7 days RTO allowed No call requirements Holiday work requirements : Work 1 holiday if 1 falls during assignment, work both if 2 fall during assignment, work 2 of 3 if 3 fall during assignment 24 hours of orientation (non-billable) Full compliance required to start on time Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submission Two supervisory references highly preferred (Manager level or above) Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract Referral bonus
