Gagosian is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist

Gagosian is one of the world's leading contemporary art galleries, with eighteen exhibition spaces across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. We are seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Finance team and play a vital role in sustaining the gallery's operations. This position is not just about processing invoices, it's about ensuring smooth financial workflows that allow our exhibitions, programs, and global business to thrive.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll help maintain strong vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and safeguard the financial health of the organization. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Invoice & Vendor Management

• Review, process, and code invoices into the accounting system (ExFlow, D365 F&O).
• Maintain and update vendor records, including collecting and managing W-9s.
• Ensure invoices are approved by appropriate department heads in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries regarding payments and invoices.
