The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, certification and / or licensure required. An equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential duties and meet the necessary employment standards may be considered.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by 2 years of experience in events planning.
Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid Driver's License issued by the State of Colorado for the type of vehicle or equipment operated; safe driving record and a minimum of two (2) years of driving history.
Possession of or the ability to obtain TIPs certification within six (6) months of hire.

Tools & Equipment
Requires frequent use of a computer, software packages, standard office equipment, small hand tools and an automobile.

Requires occasional reaching with hands and arms, climbing and balancing. Requires regular physical activity with heavy lifting, up to fifty (50) pounds. Work is frequently performed in an office environment, classroom, or public assembly facility. On occasion, the employee will work outdoors at various locations. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme wet and humid conditions, extreme hot and / or cold conditions, or airborne particles. The noise level is usually high and may range from moderate to extreme. The employee may occasionally work with or around hazardous items or hazardous conditions such as mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, chemicals, or radiant energy.

Occasionally, the employee will be required to work outside or drive in varying temperatures and conditions, which include wet and humid conditions, hot and / or cold conditions and airborne particles. The employee may on occasion, work near moving mechanical parts; in high, precarious places; exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat and vibration. The employee occasionally encounters odors, dusts and mists.
