Outpatient primary care opening – Northern California

• Located 35 miles to Stockton, CA, 50 miles to Sacramento, CA, 90 miles to San Jose and 100 miles to San Francisco. Located in the Sierra Nevada foothills with an elevation of 930 feet.
• Guaranteed Base salary starting in the $300,000 – $315,000 range (around $152 / hour)
• Group works with primarily 5 native American tribes in the region.
• 17 patient encounters per day on average
• 65% Medicaid and 35% Medicare – working with medical underserved patient population.
• Will see 17 patients per day as expected volume.
• FM or IM training desired. Must be Board Eligible.
• Monday – Friday schedule from 8 am – 5 pm
• Can moonlight at other facilities if desired.
• NextGen EMR
• Group offers primary care services, behavioral health, dental, optometry and ambulatory services.
• Covid vaccination is required.
• Group covers 100% health, dental and vision for employee. 403B retirement plan with 4% match after 3 months of employment.
• PTO of 20 days per year plus 8 sick days, 12 paid holidays (2 personal holidays) and 5 days of CME with $2,000 budget.  45 total days of PTO
• $10,000 signing bonus
• BE / BC required plus CA licensed, and DEA required.
