Major Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end PO lifecyclefrom initiation to closureincluding creation, approval, communication with suppliers, and receipt reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of POs into the system, maintain PO tracking tools, and resolve discrepancies between POs, invoices, and receipts.
• Ensure vendor and spend data accuracy, perform ongoing PO-related spend analysis, and support financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Facilitate effective supplier communication to manage purchase order expectations, shipments, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with Inventory Control and Transportation Teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Partner with team members to ensure compliance with applicable import / export regulations, third-party logistics (3PL) processes, and internal inventory management policies.
• Track goods from purchase through delivery and ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards. Support the phase-in / phase-out product lifecycle through controlled PO and inventory management.
• Support the development and implementation of purchasing and PO management policies to enhance workflow, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements in procurement, logistics, and inventory systems aligned with business growth strategies.

Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field Minimum 3 years in purchasing and / or inventory control, logistics or accounting required
