We are seeking a detail-oriented Analytics Specialist with pharmaceutical industry experience to support our Quality Management System (QMS) through advanced data analytics and reporting. This role focuses on generating meaningful insights from quality data, using tools such as Python, Power BI, and Veeva Quality to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor and enhance Quality System performance
- Leverage Power BI and Python to transform raw QMS data into actionable insights and visualizations
- Utilize Veeva Quality to extract, manage, and validate quality data for reporting and compliance purposes
- Lead or support the ongoing monitoring, interpretation, and communication of QMS metrics
- Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to support remediation planning and metric-driven improvement initiatives
