Build and develop software components and services according to specifications.

Write clean efficient and maintainable code.

Test and debug code to ensure flawless functionality and optimize performance.

Provide technical support and address user requests promptly.

Understand the product thoroughly and contribute effectively.

Honor commitments and deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

Education requirements :

Bachelors degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

In some cases an equivalency consisting of a combination of appropriate education trainingand / or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet therequirements of the role.

Experience requirements :

Previous experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to5 years).

Hands on experience with SQL is required.

Experience in PowerBI Power Automate and Power Apps is required.

Experience in Analytics and AI Automations is preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

Good knowledge of laboratory processes.

Good problem-solving troubleshooting organization and time management skills.

Attention to detail with solid editorial / proofreading skills.

Competency with Microsoft Office software.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to multi-task and adapt and adjust to changing priorities.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to train and coach others.

Advanced knowledge of system template or report development.

Location : Fully remote on the East Coast. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.
