Location : Taunton MA

Salary : Starting at $80000 DOE Incentives and Bonuses

Account Manager (Landscaping exp. req.) Description

Our client in the commercial landscape industry is looking for an Account Manager to add to their team in the Taunton MA area. You will be responsible for overseeing existing client accounts managing new customer acquisitions for landscaping projects and ensuring client satisfaction to maximize retention and service offerings. To be successful in this role you must have landscaping experience in the local area exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large commercial landscaping company with a stellar industry reputation and client retention rate. Account Manager (Landscaping exp. req.) Responsibilities

Oversee an existing portfolio of maintenance and snow accounts

Assess and renew client contracts

Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs

Serve as clients primary point of contact

Ensure client satisfaction and quality of work

Upsell enhancement opportunities to clients

Schedule work and direct activities on the job site

Manage maintain and teach the design intent of property

Lead and motivate crews

Assist management with managing labor hours and work quality

Address and resolve client issues by evaluating concerns and developing solutions

Assist landscaping crews by having a hands-on approach

Account Manager (Landscaping exp. req.) Qualifications

4 years of commercial landscaping experience required

Account management or crew management experience required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required

Must have a valid drivers license
