IT Help Desk (Mandarin)

Role - IT Help Desk Location - Brooklyn, New York Full Time  Pay rate - $55k - $60k + Benefits  Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin -  "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China.

Job Description :

• An Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting in a professional environment.
• Professional certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus.
• Familiarity with common hardware components, printers, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android), productivity applications (Microsoft Office), and popular software applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
