Caroba Plastics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our daily plastics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of organizing operations for production efficiency, plastic production processes, including safety, and quality control. You will lead, train, and mentor a team of production employees to ensure that products meet high-quality standards and are manufactured safely and efficiently

• Key Responsibilities :
• Production oversigh
• t : Supervise, Train and coordinate all daily activities of production line workers, machine operators, and material technicians to meet production schedules.
• Quality control
• : Ensure all plastic products meet company quality standards and customer specifications by working with our quality department and processing technicians.
• Team management
• : Provide guidance, coaching, and training to staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Equipment management
• : Ensure all production equipment and machinery are operated correctly and maintained in good working order. Coordinate with maintenance teams on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with specific experience in plastics processing (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming).

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Physical requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to lift- up to 25–50 pounds.

Morning : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm

Afternoon : 4 : 00 pm to 12 : 00 am

Night : 12 : 00 am to 8 : 00 am
