Job Overview

This position is responsible for supervising the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program and services delivered, including program quality, productivity, compliance, and service excellence. In addition, supervisor assists the AltaMed Director of MAT Services as needed to achieve standardization across the organization. The Supervisor leads the department to function effectively with all other clinic departments as well as serve as a referral source and resource for other AltaMed programs. Additionally, this position responsible for developing and structuring a seamless interface among these varied services so as to maximize each Clinic’s MAT’s Program productivity and provide easy access to patients.

Minimum Requirements :

1. High School Diploma coupled with a minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience with two years of supervisory experience, preferred

2. Associate’s degree plus 1 year of healthcare experience, preferred.

3. 1-year substance dependence work experience or equivalent work experience, preferred.
