Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking an experienced and dependableIT Technician to join our Syracuse office. This on-site role requires a professional, organized, and team-oriented individual who can handle technical support with discretion and a positive attitude.

This position is on site in our Syracuse, NY office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to help desk requests across all firm offices
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and systems
• Conduct IT onboarding for new employees
• Troubleshoot issues remotely and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions
• Assist with IT projects and system implementations
• Recommend improvements to IT procedures and workflows

Requirements :

Salary range depending on experience : $23-$26 / hr
