The Guest Amenities Attendant at Hampton House is a discreet yet essential presence, making each guest encounter, even the most routine, feel polished and elevated. This role combines attentiveness with discretion, providing support in restrooms and amenity spaces to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort. The Guest Amenities Attendant helps sustain the luxury atmosphere of Hampton House while offering thoughtful touches and service that enhance the overall nightlife experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain restrooms and amenity areas to Hampton House’s elevated cleanliness and presentation standards

Replenish and organize amenities such as towels, toiletries, and personal care items throughout the shift

Provide discreet, professional guest assistance when requested (e.g., offering amenities, guiding guests)

Monitor the flow of guests in amenity spaces and communicate any issues to security or management

Support housekeeping and operations by restocking supplies and ensuring a seamless guest experience

Maintain discretion and composure when assisting high-profile or celebrity clientele

Report maintenance or supply issues promptly to management

Serve as an additional set of eyes and ears to ensure amenity areas remain safe, clean, and welcoming

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age

Prior hospitality or service experience preferred

Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays

Able to stand / walk for long periods and perform light lifting (up to 20 lbs)

Professional appearance in line with Hampton House standards

General Requirements

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Scheduled hours are generally 50 hours per week but can vary depending on business needs

Physical ability to stand / walk the majority of shift, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform consistently in fast-paced setting
