Job Summary
The LOA Assistant supports the Employee Health Manager in administering the organization's leave and return to work programs. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees regarding leave policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience from initial request through return to work.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledgeable of all leave types (FMLA / CFRA / PDL / Military / etc.) preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement : 1 year of experience handling leave of absence administration required. Excellent customer service skills.
Minimum License Requirement : None.
