Description :

Home health SLP conducting home visits.

Periodic office meetings required.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and a current driver's license.

Agency-required liability insurance is necessary.

Average number of patients per day is 5-6.

Contractor assigned between 5-10 patients per day.

Each visit and activity holds a different point value, amounting to roughly 30 points per week.

Types of cases include start of care and follow-ups.

Weekend requirements vary by location and profession.

Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic.

Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.

Compensation is provided from patient home to patient home.

Commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable.

Local candidates accepted, adhering to the same rate.

Pending license is not accepted; candidates must have the license in hand.

No guaranteed hours are provided.

Weekly productivity expectations are set at 30 points, equating to approximately 40 hours per week.

All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment with the patient.

Delayed and incomplete documentation impacting billing and follow-up patient care will result in a cancellation.

Candidates must be open to traveling, accepting every patient scheduled irrespective of distance, and may be floated to nearby clinics if necessary.
