Role : Technical Project Manager (W2 Position)

Location : Dearborn MI Hybrid (4 days in office)

Duration : 12 Months

Experience : 8 Years

JD : Skills Required :

Project Management

Skills Preferred : Jira

Experience Required :

Specialist Exp : 10 years in IT; 7 years in Program Mgmt. Expert in Proj Mgr

Experience Preferred :

  • 7 years of Agile delivery experience
  • Hands-on experience with Pracle SQL Microsoft VB.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to lead complex technical conversations with multiple stakeholders ( Ford internal and External including Architecture and Trading teams) at varying levels of technical depth Strong facilitation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to be comfortable working in an ever changing environment
  • Strong technical acumen willingness to learn
  • Strong understanding of the Agile methodology and associated management tools
  • Knowledge of Lean
  • Functional knowledge / awareness of Treasury or Finance associated business processes and applications
  • Prior experience developing and supporting large global applications and COTS implementations preferred Managing vendor / Partner relationships
  • Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop project plans define the project / program scope goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise using JIRA
  • Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams technology vendors etc.
  • Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers
  • Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations / teams with reinforcing quantitative measurements
  • Ensure project and program objectives deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope timeline budget and allocated resources
  • Champions and coaches Agile software processes culture best practices and techniques along with Managing Agile ceremonies like Stand up Refinement Retrospectives.
  • Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews
  • Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects / programs
  • Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap
  • Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile waterfall etc.
